This Warranty Policy outlines the terms under which ASC Technology LTD provides warranty coverage for all products we supply. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
🔥 Our Warranty Promise
Every product supplied by ASC Technology LTD is warranted to be fit for its intended purpose and free from manufacturing defects for the applicable warranty period from the date of delivery.
- New gaming PCs (ASC-built): 12 months parts and labour
- Renewed / refurbished laptops and desktops: 90 days parts and labour
- Extended warranty (where purchased): 2 or 3 years — see your order confirmation
The specific warranty period for your product is stated on your order confirmation and product page. If you are unsure, contact us with your order number.
🛠 What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions
- Component failure (CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD, motherboard, PSU, case fans) not caused by external factors
- Parts and labour costs for authorised repairs
- Return shipping to us (UK mainland) for warranty claims we accept
❌ What Is Not Covered

| Misuse or neglect | Damage from incorrect installation, overclocking beyond safe limits, or improper use |
| Unauthorised repairs | Case, motherboard, CPU, or BIOS replaced or tampered with by anyone other than ASC |
| Third-party repairs | Any repair carried out without prior written authorisation from us voids the warranty on that component |
| Software issues | Viruses, OS corruption, incompatible third-party software or drivers, data loss |
| Cosmetic damage | Scratches, dents, or marks that do not affect functionality |
| Overheating from neglect | Damage caused by excessive dust or dirt buildup blocking fans or vents |
| Consumables and wear | Batteries, thermal paste degradation beyond typical lifespan, normal wear and tear |
| Data recovery | We are not responsible for recovering, backing up, or restoring data, files, or programs |
| Poor return packaging | Damage caused by insufficient packaging when returning a product. Always retain original packaging. |
📝 How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact us within 7 days of discovering the fault
Email support@ascgamingpcs.co.uk or call 016 151 185 73 (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm). Include:- Your order number and date of purchase
- A clear description of the fault
- Photos or video of the issue where possible

We diagnose within 24–48 hours
We will assess whether the fault is covered and advise on the resolution — remote support, part replacement, or return for repair. -
Resolution
- Software fault: Remote support session, free of charge
- Faulty component: Pre-paid return label issued. Part replaced and returned within 5–10 business days
- Build defect: Full replacement or refund at your choice

If the fault is not covered
You will be advised of any reasonable inspection or repair costs before we proceed. No charges without your agreement.
Repairing or replacing a component under warranty does not extend or restart the original warranty period. The warranty end date remains the same as the original purchase date.
🚫 Warranty Void Conditions
The warranty is immediately void if any of the following occur:
- The case, motherboard, CPU, or BIOS is replaced or tampered with by anyone other than ASC Technology LTD
- The product is repaired by a third party without prior written authorisation from us
- Evidence of physical abuse, liquid damage, or deliberate misuse is found during inspection
- Serial numbers or warranty seals are removed or altered
🔓 Warranty Transfer
This warranty is non-transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be assigned or transferred to another person, business, or entity.
⚖ Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASC Technology LTD is not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from product failure or use
- Loss of data, software, or saved configurations
- Damage resulting from failure to follow our written installation or usage instructions
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. If you are a Consumer, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this Policy.
⚖ Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
📝 Amendments
Any changes or extensions to this Policy must be made in writing and approved by our Technical Service Department to be binding. We will notify customers of significant changes via email or a notice on our website.
