Orders & Purchasing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfer for orders over £500. All payments are processed through a secure SSL-encrypted checkout.
Can I pay in instalments?
Instalment options may be available for qualifying orders. Contact us before placing your order to discuss available finance arrangements.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us immediately by phone on 016 151 185 73. If your order has not entered the build or dispatch phase, we can modify or cancel it in full. Once dispatched, you can return the item under our 30-day returns policy.
Do you price match?
Yes, on like-for-like configurations from UK-based competitors. Email us the competitor listing and your order details and we will review.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Stock items dispatch within 1 business day and typically arrive within 2–3 business days via tracked courier. Built-to-order gaming PCs take 3–5 business days to build, then 1–2 business days to deliver.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is sent automatically in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven’t received it, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.
Do you ship to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, or islands?
Yes, but additional delivery charges may apply. Contact us before ordering for an accurate quote for your postcode.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Check your tracking link first. If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the package, contact us immediately — we will raise a case with the courier and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.
Products & Compatibility
Do your gaming PCs come with Windows installed?
Yes. All new and refurbished gaming PCs are supplied with a licensed copy of Windows 11 (or Windows 10 where specified) pre-installed and activated.
Can I request a specific case colour or component brand?
For built-to-order systems, yes. Email us your preference and we will confirm availability and any price difference before building.
Are refurbished laptops reliable?
Yes. Every refurbished unit goes through a full diagnostic test: battery, display, keyboard, ports, storage, and performance benchmarks. Any unit that fails a test is not sold. All refurbished items carry a minimum 90-day warranty.
What does “Renewed” mean?
Renewed products have been inspected, tested, cleaned, and verified to work like new. They may show minor cosmetic signs of previous use (small scratches, light wear) but are functionally equivalent to new. All carry our standard warranty.
Can I upgrade my PC after purchase?
Yes. All systems use standard off-the-shelf components. RAM, SSD, and GPU upgrades are straightforward. Contact us if you want upgrade advice — we can recommend compatible parts and, in some cases, install them for you.
Warranty & Returns
What is covered under the standard warranty?
All major components — CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD, motherboard, PSU, case, and cooling — for 12 months from delivery. Both parts and labour are covered. Accidental damage and cosmetic wear are not covered.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email info@ascgamingpcs.co.uk with your order number and a description of the fault. We will respond within 24 hours with next steps. Most issues are diagnosed and resolved within 5–10 business days.
How do I return a product?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will email a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. The product must be in original condition with all accessories included.
Does adding RAM or an SSD void my warranty?
No. Standard hardware upgrades do not void the warranty on other components.
Technical Support
My PC won’t turn on. What should I check first?
Check the power cable is fully seated at both ends. Check the power button on the back of the PSU is in the on position (I = on, O = off). Try a different wall socket. If the system still doesn’t power on, contact us for support.
My PC is running slowly. What should I do?
Check for Windows updates — driver issues are a common cause of slowdowns after initial setup. Ensure your PC has adequate thermal paste and is not overheating (use HWInfo64 to check temperatures). If temperatures are normal and drivers are current, contact us and we will run remote diagnostics.
Can you help with software setup?
Yes. Basic Windows setup, driver installation, and game installation support is included free with all purchases. Contact us by phone or email and we will walk you through it.
