Response Times
- Phone: 2–5 minute wait during business hours. Voicemail checked daily — leave your number and we’ll call back same day.
- Email: Within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Complex technical queries may take 48 hours for a full response.
- Order tracking: Tracking link is sent automatically with your shipping confirmation email. Check your spam folder if you haven’t received it.
Common Support Questions
When will my order ship?
Stock items dispatch within 1 business day. Built-to-order gaming PCs take 3–5 business days from order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as it dispatches.
My PC arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Take photos of the outer packaging and the damaged component before moving anything. Send photos to info@ascgamingpcs.co.uk with your order number. We will arrange replacement or refund and cover all return shipping at no cost to you.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes. Collection from our Trafford Park address is available by appointment. Email or call to arrange a collection time before placing your order.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently we ship to UK mainland addresses only. International shipping is not available at this time. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and island addresses may incur additional delivery charges — contact us before ordering for a quote.
Can I upgrade my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet entered the build phase, yes. Contact us by phone or email as soon as possible after placing the order. Once building has started, changes cannot be made.
I need a VAT invoice. How do I get one?
Email info@ascgamingpcs.co.uk with your order number and company details. We will issue a VAT invoice within 1 business day. ASC Technology LTD is VAT registered in the United Kingdom.
